Congratulations to Allan J. Ingram, L.S. for his promotion to office manager for our Martinsville office, which practices under the trade name of J.A. Gustin and Associates.

And congratulations to R. Cleve Lawson, also in our Martinsville office, for recently passing the Tennessee Land Surveying Exam and becoming a licensed land surveyor in the State of Tennessee!

Fred O. Shanks, III, P.E., L.S. will soon complete the 9 year journey through the offices of the Virginia Association of Surveyors, Incorporated. After serving as President of the Western Chapter in 1992 and 1993, Fred continued to serve at the State Level as Regional Director for 2 years, Secretary-Treasurer, 2^nd Vice President, 1^st Vice President and President. On January 20, 2001, Fred will complete his term as Past President .
